countdown to marathon is getting pretty low!

Distance: 5 miles

Average: 8:19
Splits: 8:52, 8:50, 23:54/3=7:58
Weather: 40wc31 sprinkled a little
I haven't run a fartlek in a long time. They were mostly at the beginning of my training regimen. It was sorta fun to sprint! It also improved my avg pace..I prob was running more like 8:30/9 minute pace. I'm really going to have to concentrate on running slow at the beginning of the marathon. I have been getting excited and running fast on these last few taper runs.
I've made some progress on my marathon playlist!
