7:00 AM

is it time to taper yet??

Activity: 6 mile run: 1 m w/u, 4 mi race pace, 1 mi c/d
Distance: this actually ended up bein' 6.2 miles
Time: 57:28
Average: 9:15
Splits: 9:38, 8:59, i messed up the rest.
Weather: 68/66 sunny and sticky.

So I guess that my goal race pace is somewhere between 9-9:15 pace. That's what I was aiming for on this run, but I totally messed up my splits. I kept forgetting to mark them with my watch. I guess that I was in my own little world and not concentrating on the workout.

mood: it's hot. i wish that i left the A/C on last night.
health: my legs are tired fron yesterday's bike.
