The Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Utah has a Postdoctoral Scholar position available to join our research team focused on understanding the emissions and transport of greenhouse gases and pollution across the U.S. The postdoc will be carrying out simulations using atmospheric models such as HYSPLIT/STILT, WRF, and other state-of-the-art modeling tools. The atmospheric simulations will be combined with a variety of satellite and in-situ observations to elucidate emissions from urban areas and other sources.
